EAST HAVEN LAND TRUST , INC.

The very first gift (from the Town of East Haven) to the East Haven Land Trust is an eight-plus acre parcel located on the ridge off North High Street (past Grannis Street).  Offering an extraordinary view of much of the High Ridge and surrounding area, this wooded piece is also home to deer and various other wildlife, with many native birds in plain view.   Restoration of the access trail as well as the main hiking trail are included in upcoming projects.
